QuickBooks instructor lists 4BD in The Woodlands

Trevor E. Matheson and Jennifer C. Matheson have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 18 N. Millsap Circle in The Woodlands for $600,000.

The Mathesons acquired the property in February 2007. The 4,182-square-foot house was built in 2006 in the Village of Sterling Ridge. Dean Melton of Re/Max The Woodlands and Spring is the listing agent.

Trevor Matheson is an instructor, as well as vice president of product development at Real World Training, a provider of practical training on QuickBooks and various computer-based learning products. He previously owned and operated several small businesses.
