Paid search agency founder seeks $1.4M in The Woodlands

David Gedeon and Tara Gedeon have listed for sale a six-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 14 E. Ambassador Bend in The Woodlands for $1.4 million.

The Gedeons acquired the property in June 2009. The 5,403-square-foot house was built in 2007 in the Village of Sterling Ridge. Torrance Hearn of Re/Max The Woodlands and Spring is the listing agent.

David Gedeon is the founder and president of Premier Placement Media Ltd., a Cypress-headquartered paid search marketing agency.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,956 home sales in The Woodlands during the past 12 months.
