Software co. exec opts to sale 4BD in The Woodlands

Russell Coombes and Jodie Coombes have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 22 Lyreleaf Place in The Woodlands for $269,999.

The Coombes acquired the property in June 2006. The 2,322-square-foot house was built in the Village of Alden Bridge in 1999. Sondra Petermann of Re/Max The Woodlands and Spring is the listing agent.

Russell Coombes has been the global alliance director of HP Alliance at Red Hat, a provider of open source solutions. Before joining the company in May 2009, he held various positions in sales, marketing and management at Hewlett-Packard from December 2005 to April 2009.

He attended the Chartered Institute of Management Accounting and earned a B.A. in business decision analysis from University of the West of England.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 921 home sales in The Woodlands during the past 12 months.
