Construction co. CEO asking $2M in The Woodlands
Martin Ferron and Susan Ferron have listed for sale a six-bedroom, 6.2-bath home at 95 Trinity Oaks Circle in The Woodlands for $2 million.
The Ferrons acquired the property in December 2001. The 9,000-square-foot home was built in 2000 in the Village of Indian Springs. Aaron Harris of Re/Max Carlton Woods is the listing agent.
Martin Ferron is the president and CEO of North American Construction Group Inc., a provider of mining, heavy construction, industrial, piling and pipeline services in Western Canada. Prior to this, he was director, president and CEO of Helix Energy Solutions Inc., a Houston-based energy services company. He also held senior management positions in oil services and construction at Dermott Marine Construction, Oceaneering International and Comex Group.
He earned his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from City University, an M.S. in marine technology from Strathclyde University and an M.B.A from Aberdeen University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 942 home sales in The Woodlands during the past 12 months.
