Sorin Gabriel Teodorescu and Marinela Teodorescu have listed for sale a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 34 Bryce Branch Circle in The Woodlands for $279,000.

The Teodorescus acquired the property in January 2007. The 2,175-square-foot home in Village of Sterling Ridge was built in 2006. Kirt Bolos of Codrut Bolos is the listing agent.

Sorin Teodorescu is an engineering manager at National Oilwell Varco, a Conroe-based provider of oilfield products and services. He previously served as a research and development manager at Weatherford, a team leader at Baker Hughes and a senior product development engineer at Lynntech Inc. He has also served as a research assistant at Auburn University.

He attended the University of Craiova.
