Hotel chain owner relists $1.2M The Woodlands 7BD

Jerry J. Lindenman and Teresita A. Lindenman have relisted a seven-bedroom, 9.5-bath home at 10 Watertree Drive in The Woodlands for $1.2 million.

The Lindenmans originally listed the property for $900,000 in Jan. 2012 with Susan Johnson of J. Properties. Brian Schweiker of RE/MAX is the new listing agent.

The 6,800-square-foot house was built in 1988 in the Village of Grogan's Mill subdivision. Fort Bend County assesses the home's value at $1.03 million.

Jerry Lindenman is the owner of Raycrist Properties Management LLC, a hotel chain in New Caney. He also owns The New Caney Business Center.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,074 home sales in The Woodlands during the past 12 months.
