Roofing co. CEO selling Woodlands 7BD for $3.7M

Paul M. Isabella and Lori J. Isabella have listed for sale a seven-bedroom, nine-bath home at 19 W. Isle Place in The Woodlands for $3.7 million.

The Isabellas acquired the home from Bernhardt Properties I Ltd in November 2005. The 12,469-square-foot house was built in 2002 in the Village of Panther Creek, and is valued at $3.7 million. Diane Kink of Keller Williams Realty is the listing agent for the home.

Paul Isabella is the president and chief executive officer of Beacon Roofing Supply Inc. He joined the company as president and chief operating officer in November 2007. Prior to Beacon, he was executive vice president at Cooper Industries and senior vice president at The Stanley Works. He began his career with General Electric Company, where he worked in various businesses for more than two decades.

He earned his B.S. from State University of New York at Cortland.
