Chevron exec lists Village of Sterling Ridge 5BD

Mark E. Lashier and Laurie A. Lashier have listed for sale a five-bed, 5.5-bath home at 10 Pine Lodge Place in The Woodlands for $950,000.

The Lashiers previously acquired the property in Dec. 2005. The 5,704-square-foot house, which was built in 2005, is in the Village of Sterling Ridge. It is located in the Village of Sterling Ridge subdivision, and is valued at $950,000. Jeannine Ducommun of Keller Williams Realty is the listing agent.

Mark Lashier has been the executive vice president for olefins and polyolefins at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company. Aside from that, he has been with the company as senior vice president of specialties and aromatics and styrenics. In addition to working at Chevron, he has also been with Phillips Petroleum as vice president of corporate planning and development.

He received a bachelor's degree from Iowa State University.
