Raymond Guba serves as chief financial and administrative officer at Integrated Electrical Services, Inc., a company that provides electrical contracting services. He previously served as the chief financial officer and vice president of Kraton Polymers. Prior to joining Kraton, he held executive and management positions at General Electric Co. for 19 years.

He holds degrees in economics and English from Rutgers State University.
