Oil services VP lists Village of Sterling Ridge 5BD

Gary Eshenroder and Sherrie S. Eshenroder have listed for sale a five-bed, 3.5-bath home at 50 Nocturne Woods Place in The Woodlands for $599,900.

The Eshenroders previously acquired the property in March 2006. The 4,757-square-foot house, which was built in 2005, is in the Village of Sterling Ridge. It is located in the Village of Sterling Ridge subdivision, and is valued at $692,440. Michael Zabrycki of RE/MAX Integrity is the listing agent.

Mr. Eshenroder is the vice president of global supply chain at Transocean, an oil drilling works and contracting services company. Prior to that, he was the vice president of manufacturing and supply chain at WellDynamics, an oil exploration technology and management firm. Before WellDynamics, he was with oilfield services specialist Halliburton as director of manufacturing and supply chain, director of strategic supply, and global manufacturing technology manager. Additionally, he was a manufacturing and production manager at General Electric.

He received a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University and a master's degree in business administration degree from Texas A&M University.
