The LaVergnes acquired the property in May 2005. The 10,444-square-foot house was built in the Village of Carlton Woods. It is valued at $2.73 million. Jennifer Fargo of Coldwell Banker United, Realtors has the listing.

Christopher LaVergne is a board-certified cardiologist who is affiliated with Woodlands North Houston Heart Center.

He obtained his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School and completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Texas-Houston Health Science Center.
