Timothy P. Hekker and Jana G. Hekker have listed for sale a five-bedroom, 6.5-bath home at 18 Maymont Way in The Woodlands for $4 million.

The 9,476-square-foot house was built in 2005 in the Village of Carlton Woods, and is valued at $4 million. Katie Emery-Cooper of Prudential Gary Greene Realtors is the listing agent.

Timothy Hekker has been the president, chief executive officer, and managing partner at Hearthstone Senior Services, a provider of assisted living services with 32 communities in 10 states. He has been associated with the company for over 15 years.
