Jordan L. Morgan and Mary L. Morgan acquired a five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 90 W. Laurelhurst Circle in The Woodlands from Jeffrey E. Pachman and Barbara Ann Pachman on June 17.

The 3,786-square-foot house was built in 1998 in the Village of Alden Bridge. It is valued at $371,100.

Mr. Morgan is a project land adviser at Anadarko Petroleum, an independent oil and gas exploration and production company.
