Marchelle L. Becher acquired a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 19 Violetta Court in The Woodlands from Dr. Jose M. Limia and Yolanda Lacoma on March 29.

Dr. Limia acquired the property in June 2007. The 3,599-square-foot house was built in 2007 in the Village of Grogan's Forest. It is part of the Village of Grogan's Forest subdivision, and is valued at $572,280.
