Montgomery County Sheriff charges suspect in murder case
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s office has charged a suspect in conjunction with a murder case.
According to a police report, on July 7, Major Crimes Unit detectives tracked Daniel Frank Longoria Jr. to a motel in Houston, where he was charged by the Montgomery County SWAT Team without incident.
Longoria has been charged with the murder of Raymundo Zarate Jr. on May 13 in Magnolia. Also charged in the case are Angeline McInnis, Adam Longoria and Jose Martinez.
