Two runners from The Woodlands complete Orange Leaf Half Marathon
Two runners from The Woodlands completed the Orange Leaf Half Marathon on Saturday, July 14 in New Braunfels.
Mark Palmer, 51, completed the race in 3:42:33, and Ana Palmer, 48, crossed the finish line in 4:00:10.
A total of 378 runners finished the 13.1-mile race, which started in the parking lot of Orange Leaf-Creekside Shopping Center. The course is USA Track and Field-certified.
Noel Hernandez of Irving was the men’s overall winner with a time of 1:18:34, while Lauren Versweyveld of Houston was the women’s winner in 1:23:43.
