YMCAs host free diabetes workshop July 26
The South Montgomery County YMCAs will host a free diabetes workshop from 6-7 p.m. July 26 at the YMCA located at 6145 Shadowbend Place in The Woodlands.
The session is titled "Diabetes 101 and Basic Carbohydrate Counting," and it is for anyone with diabetes and their caregivers.
The class will provide updated diabetes information and will be presented by a certified diabetes educator. Preregistration is required.
