Runners from The Woodlands complete Xterra Magnolia Hill Trail Run 16K
Two runners from The Woodlands completed the Xterra Magnolia Hill Trail Run 16K on Sunday, July 8, in Navasota.
Aimme Slepicka, 28, completed the race in 1:25:22, and John Slate, 57, crossed the finish line in 1:38:13.
A total of 66 runners finished the 16-kilometer race, which was held at Magnolia Hill Ranch. The race is the fourth of five races in the 2012 Xterra Texas Trail Run Series.
James Custer, of Oklahoma City, Okla., was the men’s overall winner with a time of 1:18:14, while Meredith Leva, of Austin, was the women’s winner in 1:25:21.
