Energy Alloys relocates to The Woodlands

Energy Alloys LLC, a global provider of oilfield metals, services and solutions to oil and gas manufacturers and service companies, has announced it is relocating its corporate headquarters from Houston to The Woodlands.

Energy Alloys LLC, a global provider of oilfield metals, services and solutions to oil and gas manufacturers and service companies, has announced it is relocating its corporate headquarters from Houston to The Woodlands.

"We wanted to invest in the exceptional talent that had been a catalyst for our success," said Dave Warren, president and CEO of Energy Alloys, in a recent press release. "By relocating our headquarters to The Woodlands and expanding our Houston service center office, we are committed to the next phase of our growth strategy and to the valuable employees who make it possible."

Approximately 80 employees will be relocating to the new headquarters in The Woodlands during summer 2013. Included in the move will be the executive team and numerous departments, including sales and marketing, human resources, finance, purchasing and market development.

Currently based at 350 Glenborough Drive, Houston, the new location at 3 Waterway Square in The Woodlands Town Center will provide 37,000 rentable square feet and a new 232,000-square foot class A office building, currently under construction in the Waterway Square District.

The company also plans to expand its current Houston service center, located at 9450 W. Wingfoot Road, with an addition of 10,800 square feet.
