'21 Jump Street' is top DVD rental in The Woodlands

"21 Jump Street" was the most-rented DVD in The Woodlands for the week ending July 1, according to Redbox. Rentals from the Redbox kiosks at Walmart at 10001 Woodlands Parkway, Ken Kades at 4600 Woodlands Pky and Landmark at 2444 Research Forest Drive were analyzed.

Starring Jonah Hill, Channing Tatum, Brie Larson and Dave Franco, "21 Jump Street" was released in June.

Following "21 Jump Street" in The Woodlands were "A Thousand Words" and "Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows."

Nationally, the most-rented DVDs were, in order, "21 Jump Street," "A Thousand Words," "Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows," "This Means War," "The Grey," "John Carter," "Journey 2: The Mysterious Island," "Red Tails," "Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance" and "Project X (2011)."
