Woodlands Township welcomes Megan Lichenstein as event specialist
Megan Lichenstein has been selected to serve as event specialist for The Woodlands Township and The Woodlands Convention and Visitors Bureau.
Lichenstein's duties will include production of bureau and township events, including the Red, Hot and Blue Festival; Trick or Treat Trail; Lighting of the Doves; the Ice Rink; International Winter on the Waterway; Winter Wonderland; Live at Night; and other events at Waterway Square.
A resident of The Woodlands, Lichenstein previously served as facility/program supervisor for the City of College Station Parks and Recreation Department. She has a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University.
“We’re delighted to have Megan join our team,” said Nick Wolda, president of The Woodlands Convention and Visitors Bureau and the township’s director of community relations, in a press release. “She brings a high degree of knowledge and creativity in coordinating events in The Woodlands.”
