Jeremy Horton joins Woodforest Charitable Foundation
Kim Marling, vice president and executive director of Woodforest Charitable Foundation, has announced the recent addition of Jeremy Horton as assistant director.
Jeremy Horton was announced recently as the new assistant director of Woodforest Charitable Foundation, founded in 2005 by Woodforest National Bank to provide funding to community charities.
Horton is transferring from the bank, where he has been a branch manager since 2007. He has volunteered with the foundation as well as with Montgomery County Youth Services and Montgomery County Food Bank.
"As the foundation continues to grow and address the needs in communities throughout Texas and across the country where Woodforest National Bank serves, Jeremy's experience with the bank and his passion for charitable work will make him an invaluable asset to the Woodforest Charitable Foundation," said Kim Marling, vice president and executive director of Woodforest Charitable Foundation, in a news release. "We are happy to have him join our team."
"This is a fantastic opportunity, and I am proud to begin working with Woodforest Charitable Foundation as it continues to create a legacy of commitment to those in need by enriching lives and communities," Horton added.
