Township accepting bids to install sport field lights

The Woodlands Township currently is accepting design-build bids for materials and labor related to the installation of sports field lights at Harper's Landing.

General specifications are as follows:

The Woodlands Township reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals.

The bidder must adhere to all bid specifications.

Bid prices will not change for 90 days from bid opening.

The Woodlands Township is not liable for any costs incurred by bidders in responding to this bid.

All forms must be completely filled out in pen or typed.

Harper’s Landing is at 2 Blair Bridge and Creekwood Park, 3383 S. Panther Creek Drive.

Submit questions in writing by 5 p.m. on Thursday, June 21 by fax or email to Mark Grindel, project manager, at 936-273-4995 or mgrindel@thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov.

Bids, references and acknowledgement of these specifications must be received by 2 p.m. on Friday, June 29.
