St. Luke's Woodlands offers series of classes on strokes
St. Luke’s Woodlands Hospital is currently offering a free series of informational seminars about strokes for National Stroke Awareness Month.
The lecture series will be held from 8-9 a.m. every Thursday in late May at St. Luke’s Woodlands Hospital, located at 17200 St. Luke’s Way.
The lectures are “The Downside of an Anticoagulant -- Do You Know What You Are Getting Into?” presented by Peter Shedden on May 17; “Assessment and Rehabilitation Following Cerebrovascular Accident,” presented by Michael Knox on May 24; and “Diagnostic Imaging, the Window to the Brain,” presented by Todd Greene on May 31.
