Woodlands gets its first two electric car charge stations
Two new electric vehicle charging stations, the first in The Woodlands, have been installed on the Market Street parking garage.
You can use them for free for electric vehicles equipped with the standard J1772 connector. More than 200 electric vehicle charging stations will be installed in the Houston area as part of a national electric vehicle infrastructure initiative that calls for the installation of 15,000 commercial and residential charging stations in 16 cities and major metropolitan areas in six states and the District of Columbia.
