The John Cooper School celebrated its annual John Cooper Day April 5.

The event featured a student processional, a tribute to campus projects held during the school year and performances by the school's bands and choirs.

One of the campus projects honored was the Habitat for Humanity project led by Upper School students. The Cooper team completed construction of its 13th house with Montgomery County Habitat for Humanity.

Lead co-chairs, seniors Katie Poeter and Jackson Larance, passed the "Golden Hammer" to Halie Berrigan and John Cuyler Burton, who will oversee "The House That John Built XIV" during the upcoming school year.

The John Cooper School is an independent day school for students in Pre-K through 12th grade. It is located in the village of Indian Springs, at 1 John Cooper Drive in The Woodlands.
