CISD state swim champ recognized
The Woodlands High School girls swimming and diving team member Kassidy Cook received a plaque from the Conroe Independent School District Board of Trustees for winning a state champion title in diving.
Cook won the one-meter diving title during the State Swimming and Diving Meet at the Texas Swimming Center on the campus of the University of Texas in Austin in February. It was her second state championship. According to a press release, Cook is a hopeful for the 2012 Summer Olympics.
