Woodlands Township taking reservations for gardening seminar
The Woodlands Township is currently taking reservations for a free gardening seminar from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Feb. 25 at the Woodlands Township Town Hall, 2801 Technology Forest Blvd. in The Woodlands.
"Spring into Water-wise Landscaping" is designed for all levels of gardeners.
According to a press release, the seminar features arborist Jared Goodman, who will present a homeowners' guide to tree care, tree selection, planting, maintenance tips and pruning techniques. Others at the seminar include Diane Cabiness, native plant expert, who will highlight the plants and methods that bring pollinators to the garden, and Master Gardener Linda Crum, who will present "Keeping it Green" with advice to maintain the health of the landscape.
