AVIA The Woodlands gets new name
AVIA The Woodlands hotel will be renamed Hyatt Market Street during a ceremony beginning at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 7 at the AVIA Hotel, 9595 Six Pines in The Woodlands.
The hotel's general manager, David Brown, will host the presentation and will be joined by Bruce Tough, chairman of The Woodlands Township; Nick Wolda, president of The Woodlands CVB; and Marc Ellin, senior VP of Hyatt Hotels.
In commemoration of the renaming, a donation will be presented to Dr. Ann Snyder, president and CEO of Interfaith The Woodlands, according to a press release.
