HS girls basketball: The Woodlands defeats Oak Ridge
The Woodlands overpowered Oak Ridge 73-33 in girls high school basketball action on Friday, in a District 14-5A match-up.
The win ups The Woodlands to 27-2 and 10-0 in district play.
Anna Strickland netted a game-high 22 points in the victory.
The Woodlands will next visit Kingwood on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
The loss drops Oak Ridge to 9-11 overall and 2-6 in district play.
Tatiana Jackson put up eight points in the loss.
Oak Ridge will next host Lufkin on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.
