The Woodlands Mall will host WineFest benefiting the Montgomery County Women’s Center on April 26 from 6-9 p.m.
Montgomery County Women’s Center is marking its 25th anniversary in providing a safe place for victims and survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse, as well as providing education to the community on such matters.
"A Taste of America: Reds, Whites, and the Blues" will include wines from 50 domestic wineries, signature dishes from a dozen local restaurants and blues music during the after-business-hours, casual drop-in event. The event will also hold a shop, the MarketPlace of Dreams, where attendees will be able to purchase goods and services needed by clients of the shelter. A raffle and silent auction will also be presented.
Tickets, per person, are $60 in advance and $75 at the door. Sponsorships are available from $500 to $10,0000.
