Shenandoah Sams Club sued over shopping cart incident
Sam’s Club is being sued after a shopper says a store employee knocked her down in the Shenandoah store.
Patricia Cunningham filed a lawsuit on Jan. 30 in Harris County District Court against Sam’s Club and Walmart, citing negligence.
Cunningham says on Nov. 28, 2011, she sustained injuries while shopping at Sam’s, located at 19091 I-45 South in Shenandoah. According to the brief, a store employee knocked her down with the train of carts he was pushing toward the store entrance.
Cunningham is seeking damages and court costs. She is being represented in the case by Houston attorney Adam Criaco.
