Taste of the Town to feature four new restaurants

The 26th annual Taste of the Town event, which will take place from 4-9 p.m. Feb. 2, will feature four new restaurants during this year's culinary celebration.

Schilleci's New Orleans Kitchen, 9595 Six Pines Drive in The Woodlands, will present its Cajun and Creole regional-style cooking passed down through family recipes.

Mi Cocina, which opened in November, serves up Tex-Mex fare and is located at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive.

Traditional Italian restaurant Luca & Leonardo, 20 Waterway Ave., will also be present at the event.

La Lupita Mexican Cuisine and Bar, slated to open on the Waterway in early this year, will provide attendees a first taste of Mexican cuisine that will be offered at the new restaurant.

Taste of the Town will be held at the Woodlands Waterway Marriott, 1601 Lake Robbins Drive.
