Magnolia resident sues over alleged uninhabitable condo
A Magnolia resident is suing over claims a property management company allowed her condominium to fall apart.
Magnolia resident Annette Mills filed a lawsuit on Thursday, Jan. 19 in the Harris County District Court against Feld Realty Group, citing gross negligence.
Mills says the condominium she owns at Richmond Manor in uninhabitable because of Feld Realty Group’s mismanagement. According to the brief, the foundation of the condo is in such disrepair, it caused the ceiling to drop, the living room floor to crack and the bathroom floor to buckle, among other things.
Mills is seeking damages and court costs. She is representing herself in the case.
