HS Volleyball Preview: Kingwood vs. The Woodlands
Kingwood visits the courts of The Woodlands in District 14-5A girls high school volleyball action on Tuesday.
The Mustangs are 23-6 on the season and 6-3 in district play, winning 3-1 over Atascocita in their last match.
Meredity Rankin leads the squad with an average of 4.88 kills per game.
After Tuesday's contest, Kingwood will host Lufkin on Friday at 5:30 p.m.
The Highlanders are 26-8 on the season and 6-2 in district play, taking all three games from Lufkin in their last match.
Emily Phillips leads the team with an average of three kills per game.
Following Tuesday's game, The Woodlands will visit Woodlands College Park on Friday at 5:30 p.m.
Tuesday's first serve begins at 5:30 p.m.
