Woodlands Township announces two more 'Walk in the Woods' talks
Two programs have been added to The Woodlands Township's "A Walk in the Woods" nature lecture series.
Both talks will take place at McCullough Junior High School's L.G.I. Lecture Hall, located at 3800 S. Panther Creek Drive in The Woodlands.
A program titled "Carnivorous Plants" will begin at 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 13. The speaker will be Mike Howlett of Spring Creek Greenway Project.
"Winter Birds of the Upper Texas Coast" will take place at 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 10, and will feature a talk by Cecilia Riley of Gulf Coast Bird Observatory.
