Woodlands Township seeks contractor for bulk mailing

The Woodlands Township is currently requesting bids for a bulk mailing.

The mailing will be for The Woodlands Landscaping Solutions 2011 postcard. The postcard size is 11 inches by 6 inches and will be sent to single-family homes only.

The mailing area will be The Woodlands Township residential properties, including Creekside Village in Harris County and newly acquired areas of Windsor Hills, Cokeberry subdivision and Carlton Woods.

Bid price should include list rental, sorting, bundling, postage and delivery to post office and return of overages to The Woodlands Township.

Postcards will be delivered on or before Tuesday, Sept. 6, to be mailed out by Wednesday, Sept. 7, for delivery between Thursday, Sept. 8 and Saturday, Sept. 10.

The deadline for bids is 10 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 12. Bids should be returned via email to lvaldes@ thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov.
