Subdivision to expand in response to new ExxonMobil campus
ExxonMobil's campus expansion is being met with new development at The Falls at Imperial Oaks.
The Falls at Imperial Oaks is adding 200 new home sites, recreational amenities and more to its 686-acre community. The expansion is expected to be completed at summer’s end.
"While the first ExxonMobil employees aren't expected to begin working at the campus until 2014, home shopping has already begun, and the expansion will make The Falls at Imperial Oaks a viable choice for workers at the giant oil company," said Jim Holcomb, president of Holcomb Properties, developer of The Falls at Imperial Oaks, in a press release.
The Falls at Imperial Oaks is 3.5 miles from the ExxonMobil campus and in the Conroe Independent School District.
The Falls at Imperial Oaks’ expansion will include gated communities a number of new floor plans and model homes. Prices of new homes will range from $160,000 to $350,000.
