Woodlands grad Taylor Grote responsible for two Yankee runs
The Woodlands High School graduate Taylor Grote drove in a run and scored one as well, but the Tampa Yankees fell to the Fort Myers Miracle, 5-4, in minor league action on Tuesday.
Grote went 1-for-2 with a run scored, an RBI and a walk in the loss.
On the season, Grote is batting .180 with 14 RBIs and two home runs.
