REPLENISHMENT DRIVE PLANNED FOR WOODLANDS GIRL, 12
Donors Can Help Ensure an Adequate Blood Supply for Patients Like Danielle Bacon
WHAT:
A blood drive is planned in honor of Danielle Bacon, 12, an active sixth-grader and cheerleader who began experiencing recurrent dizziness late last year. On Dec. 8, she was diagnosed with a Medulloblastoma tumor in her cerebellum. She underwent surgery to remove the tumor on Dec. 10 and is now undergoing radiation and chemotherapy to ensure the tumor does not return.
In hosting this drive with Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center, Woodlands Elite Cheer Company wishes to help replenish the blood supply and ensure blood is available for all patients when they need it.
WHEN:
Sunday, Feb. 14
12:30 to 6:30 p.m.
WHERE:
Woodlands Elite Cheer Company
1067 Pruitt Road
The Woodlands, Texas 77381
