The county clerk in Montgomery County reported the following arrests on May 17:

Jose Alberto Aparico was arrested on alleged charges of failure to appear and driving while intoxicated (third offense or greater). Aparico's address is listed as 29003 Deadwood Lane, Spring, TX 77381.

Andrew Palmer Atkins, of 2228 W. Settlers Way, The Woodlands, TX 77380, was arrested on alleged charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
