Montgomery County arrests, Aug. 31

The county clerk in Montgomery County reported the following arrests on Aug. 31:

Peter Robert Borzon, of 1475 Sawdust Road No. 1105, Spring, TX 77380, was arrested on an alleged charge of driving while intoxicated (third offense or greater).

Joseph Chris Colosimo, of 11 Cloud Bank Place, Woodlands, TX 77385, was arrested on an alleged charge of driving while intoxicated (third offense or greater).

Caitlin Danae Dalton, of 31 Edgewood Forest, The Woodlands, TX 77381, was arrested on an alleged charge of driving with a suspended license.

Montgomery County District Court criminal felony indictments, Aug. 31

The Montgomery County district clerk reported the following criminal felony indictments Friday, Aug. 31:

Michelle Yvonne Miller was indicted in the 410th District Court on a charge of driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age.

Miller is 34 years old, and resides in the 15 S. Tallowberry Drive, Spring.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Wednesday, May 27. Miller was arrested that same day.

Michael Wayne Buckner wanted on order of arrest warrant

Michael Wayne Buckner, 44, is sought on an order of arrest warrant for aggravated assault ., family member. The warrant number is 120504860.

Buckner is described as a 5-foot-5-inch, 150-pound white male, with green eyes and blonde hair. He was born on December 23, 1967.

His last known address is First St., Splendora.
