Montgomery County arrests, Feb. 20

The county clerk in Montgomery County reported the following arrests on Feb. 20:

Justin Ryley Allen, of 23853 Charterwood Drive, Splendora, TX 77372, was arrested on alleged charges of possession of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (4 to 200 grams).

Shawn Cody Arredondo was arrested on alleged charges of driving while intoxicated. Arredondo's address is listed as 611 Enchanted River Drive, Spring, TX 77388.

Lane Paul Bowen was arrested on alleged charges of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces). Bowen's address is listed as 10346 League Line Road, Conroe, TX 77304.

Pablo Canpos-Diaz was arrested on alleged charges of a capias warrant for profine misdemeanor, failure to maintain financial responsibility, capias profine misdemeanor no safety chain in use while towing failure to possess a driver's license and violating a promise to appear. Canpos-Diaz's address is listed as 1301 N. Ninth, Conroe, TX 77301.

Justin Dale Commack, of 13964 Mossy Lane, Conroe, TX 77306, was arrested on alleged charges of a capias warrant for profine misdemeanor.

Anthony Lee Drummond was arrested on alleged charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon burglary of a home with the intent of another felony obstruction of justice resisting ar. Drummond's address is listed as 615 W. Dallas, Conroe, TX 77301.

Kevin Alan Duke was arrested on alleged charges of possession of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (less than 1 gram). Duke's address is listed as 27682 Kingport, Splendora, TX 77372.

Sammy Joe Franklin was arrested on alleged charges of manufacture, delivery of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (4 to 200 grams) and possession of marijuana (less than two ounces). Franklin's address is listed as 17290 Tuffy Road, Conroe, TX 77302.

Albert Craig I. Fulton, of 19907 Ransten Lane, Spring, TX 77379, was arrested on alleged charges of failure to appear.

Fernando Rafae Gaitan was arrested on alleged charges of criminal trespassing. Gaitan's address is listed as 2215 N. First St. ., Conroe, TX 77301.

Charles David Gibbs was arrested on alleged charges of deadly conduct. Gibbs's address is listed as 15614 Coe Loop, Magnolia, TX 77355.

Bradley Revell Groves, of 14220 Groves Road, Splendora, TX 77372, was arrested on alleged charges of order of arrest, misdemeanor.

Aaron Allen Guinn, of 9673 Lakewood Drive, Conroe, TX 77306, was arrested on alleged charges of an order of arrest (felony).

Lina Jo Hamilton, of 8305 Anniebelle, Conroe, TX 77304, was arrested on alleged charges of a capias warrant for profine misdemeanor.

William Dav Henderson, of 15200 Dogwood Lane, Conroe, TX 77303, was arrested on alleged charges of a capias warrant for profine misdemeanor.

Tiffany Lynn Hughes was arrested on alleged charges of a felony (motion to revoke). Hughes's address is listed as 16131 Lonestar Ranch Drive, Conroe, TX 77302.

Juan Jesus Ibanez was arrested on alleged charges of driving while intoxicated. Ibanez's address is listed as 10774 River Oaks Drive, Conroe, TX 77385.

Jenifer Loren Johnson, of 10114 Dogwood Lane, Conroe, TX 77306, was arrested on alleged charges of order of arrest, misdemeanor.

Jason Jos Laubenstein was arrested on alleged charges of racing on the highway. Laubenstein's address is listed as 10849 Lakeforest Drive, Conroe, TX 77385.

Steven Wayne Lorfing, of 3680 White Oak St., Conroe, TX 77301, was arrested on alleged charges of making a terroristic threat to family or household member.

Blair Nicole Lowery, of 26549 Restfull Hollow, Magnolia, TX 77355, was arrested on alleged charges of possession of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (less than 1 gram) and evading arrest or detention with a vehicle.

Fernando Lop Martinez, of 1030 Booker T Washington, Conroe, TX 77301, was arrested on alleged charges of driving while suspended, invalid.

Noe Martinez was arrested on alleged charges of evading arrest or detention with a vehicle and fugitive from justice (out of state). Martinez's address is listed as 1515 Wilson Road, Conroe, TX 77304.

Alan Wilfredo Murillo was arrested on alleged charges of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces). Murillo's address is listed as 3003 Rustic Garden Drive, Spring, TX 77386.

Jose Nieves-Tiscareno, of 501 Lilly Blvd., Conroe, TX 77301, was arrested on alleged charges of failure to identify as a fugitive from justice an INS immigration violation.

Joshua Paul Olivier was arrested on alleged charges of driving while intoxicated. Olivier's address is listed as 3102 Legends Mist Drive, Spring, TX 77386.

Jose Jesus Quintana, of 604 Edgar St., Conroe, TX 77301, was arrested on alleged charges of misdemeanor surety to surrender and misdemeanor surety to surrender surety to surrender misdemeanor an INS immigration violation.
