Montgomery County arrests, Feb. 19

The county clerk in Montgomery County reported the following arrests on Feb. 19:

Rafael De Je Almaguer was arrested on alleged charges of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces). Almaguer's address is listed as 1020 S. Second St., Conroe, TX 77301.

Wilson Amador-Castro, of 1000 S. First St., Conroe, TX 77301, was arrested on alleged charges of assault causing bodily injury and an INS immigration violation.

Patrice Michell Banks, of 130 Carmen Blvd., Conroe, TX 77306, was arrested on alleged charges of driving with an invalid license.

Melinda Lee Blake was arrested on alleged charges of driving with an invalid license. Blake's address is listed as 14099 Mccomb Road, Conroe, TX 77302.

Aaron Dean Bonin was arrested on alleged charges of a capias warrant for profine misdemeanor. Bonin's address is listed as 16027 Old Houston Road, Conroe, TX 77302.

Mitchell And Briddick was arrested on alleged charges of failure to appear (civil). Briddick's address is listed as 27096 South Oak Creek Drive, Splendora, TX 77372.

Richard Patr Broadway, of 11350 Paddocks Road, Conroe, TX 77306, was arrested on alleged charges of aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury and assault causing bodily injury (family violence).

William Ernes Carcamo, of 1313 N. Sanjacinto, Conroe, TX 77301, was arrested on alleged charges of driving while intoxicated (third offense or more) and possession of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (less than 1 gram).

Kristina Bl Carpenter was arrested on alleged charges of driving with expired registration. Carpenter's address is listed as 2201 Montgomery Park Blvd. 115, Conroe, TX 77304.

Heather Ann Cernosek was arrested on alleged charges of driving with an invalid license and previous conviction. Cernosek's address is listed as 814 Northpine, Conroe, TX 77301.

Thomas Eugene Coon was arrested on alleged charges of public intoxication. Coon's address is listed as 29815 Sweetwater, Magnolia, TX 77354.

Christopher Fisher was arrested on alleged charges of driving while intoxicated. Fisher's address is listed as 2020 Plantation, Conroe, TX 77301.

Benjamin Mich Gillian, of 12222 Highway 105 E., Conroe, TX 77306, was arrested on alleged charges of driving while license is suspended or invalid, violating a promise to appear, operating a motor vehicle with an open container of alcohol, failure to appear, expired license plates and failure to appear (Class C misdemeanor).

Carl Curtiss Henk was arrested on alleged charges of public intoxication. Henk's address is listed as 10198 Ripplecreek Lane, Splendora, TX 77372.

James Adam Jeffries was arrested on alleged charges of assault of a family or household member, with previous conviction. Jeffries's address is listed as 311 Sixth St., Magnolia, TX 77354.

Earline Jones Penrice, of 12902 Farm To Market Road 2854, Conroe, TX 77304, was arrested on alleged charges of a capias warrant for profine misdemeanor, failure to maintain financial responsibility, driving with an invalid license, violating a promise to appear, expired motor vehicle inspection sticker, failure to display driver's license and use or possession of an expired drivers license.

Gabriela Perez, of 357 Humble Tank Road, Conroe, TX 77304, was arrested on alleged charges of property theft (greater than $50, less than $500) and an INS immigration violation.

Jacob David Phillips, of 24007 Kingbriar Drive, Spring, TX 77373, was arrested on alleged charges of driving while intoxicated.

Heather Leeann Rigsby was arrested on alleged charges of possession of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (less than 1 gram). Rigsby's address is listed as 607 Dallas St., Conroe, TX 77301.

Jacob Moron Sifuentes, of 16369 Riverfalls Court ., Conroe, TX 77302, was arrested on alleged charges of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces).

Julie Foret Turner, of 32844 Old Hempstead Road #1, Magnolia, TX 77355, was arrested on alleged charges of public intoxication.

The Houston Police Department received 55 calls reporting collisions on Feb. 19. These included the following nearby incident:

A minor collision was reported at 500 Pease Drive T Road at 2:57 a.m. Houston police were dispatched at 3:03 a.m. and arrived at 3:11 a.m. It took until 5:25 a.m. to clear the collision. The incident number is 021332012.
