Alfredo Apaez Betancourt, 40, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated he was charged with on Feb. 15. His defense attorney is Jose E Mata.

Betancourt was arrested on Feb. 4 by Officer Hinajosa of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND*.
