Carey is described as a 25-year-old black male.

At 2:54 p.m. on Sept. 3, Heath Eugene Drake was booked into custody at the Montgomery County Jail, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Offce.

Drake is described as a 35-year-old white male.
