At 9:35 p.m. on Sept. 1, Tristan Jeremiah Woodard was booked into custody at the Montgomery County Jail, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Offce.

Woodard is described as a 19-year-old white male.

The Montgomery County district clerk reported the following criminal felony indictments on Sept. 1:

Giancarlo Guadalupe Arrambide was indicted at the 221st District Court on a charge of criminal mischief.
