The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Jan. 30-Feb. 5:

Gustavo Erevia Alva Jr., 41, plead Guilty to a charge of violation of protective order he was charged with on Feb. 2. His defense attorney is James D Jones.

Alva was arrested on Jan. 30 by Officer Chapa of the Harris County Precinct 4 on charges of *VIOL OF PROTECTIVE ORDER*. Police reported one victim.

On June 17, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Alva is described as a 5-foot-8, 203 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on July 10, 1970, in Texas. His last known address is 26991 Kingsport Drive ive, Splendora.

Amy Jo Deeringer, 35, plead Guilty to a charge of hindering apprehension or prosecution she was charged with on Feb. 2. Her defense attorney is George Earl Renneberg.
