Shani Diamond was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on charges of 2 counts of failure to produce a driver's license on demand, no stop lights, violating a promise to appear, 2 counts of driving without or with an expired inspection sticker, driving without a texas operator's license and failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. Diamond is a 33 year old black female who lives at 77 Blue Fox in The Woodlands.
