Montgomery County arrests, Jan. 31

The county clerk in Montgomery County reported the following arrests on Jan. 31:

Edgar Santiago Arenas was arrested on alleged charges of failure to possess a driver's license and a capias warrant for profine misdemeanor. Arenas's address is listed as 229 I-45 North, Conroe, TX 77301.

Annette Chapm Chapman, of 1906 Willowbend, Conroe, TX 77302, was arrested on alleged charges of public intoxication.

Aaron Claran Copeland was arrested on alleged charges of violating a promise to appear. Copeland's address is listed as 500 Jarrell Drive, Conroe, TX 77304.

Aaron Claran Copeland was arrested on alleged charges of speeding (10% above posted limit), failure to possess a driver's license, failure to maintain financial responsibility, operating a motor vehicle with an open container of alcohol, driving while license is suspended or invalid and violating a promise to appear.
